ALL MY FAVORITE FINDS CURATED JUST FOR YOU

Soulful Reading:

I LOVE these pens for journaling! They write so smoothly, are water resistant and won’t dry out if you leave the cap off.

Of course you will need printer paper for your cute lil’ printer! Especially when you show your friends, they’ll all want you to print their pics.

My first book discovering and learning about gratitude is Thanks! How Practicing Gratitude Can Make You Happier by Robert A. Emmons, PhD. This was a game changer for me and it has helped me on my daily gratitude journey.

When I need creative inspiration and a reminder to trust the universe and its mysteries, Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert is the book I turn to. Starting with Courage and ending with Divinity, Elizabeth will takes you on journey in every chapter.

Unf#ck Your Brain by Dr. Faith G. Harper is a super easy read about the science of your brain and why it reacts the way it does sometimes. Triggers, grief, anxiety, trauma, depression- all the things that make you feel cra cra, are explained along with ways to gain control and calm the f#ck down.

A favorite part of my morning ritual includes Journey to the Heart by Melody Beattie. Offering daily reflections on self awareness, spiritual growth, and forming deeper connections to the world and its mysteries is a beautiful way to start or end each day.

Reflective Journaling:

I use this pocket printer by HP for journaling and recommend it in all my workshops. No messy ink, sticker back to easily pop in my journal and portable. Try one, you’ll love it!

These are the perfect journals for a number of reasons- the size is big enough to write comfortably in, but small enough to travel with. It has 60 pages, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming- especially if you're just starting a journaling practice. And, it lays flat, which is key for easy writing.

A beautiful set of cards with an emphasis on our connection to nature. The Earth and Body cards offer 52 weeks of reflections, rituals, intentions and lessons that will surely inspire your deepest journaling.

The Book of Alchemy is a collection of writing and wisdom from 100 people. The best thing about it is that it is each chapter has a theme (love, body, purpose, etc), so you are able to tap into which ever chapter speaks to you.

I have used many brow pencils, but this one by ELF is what I come back to. Perfect for defining & filling with long lasting pigment. I use Taupe, and I think it is a great universal shade for most women- not too dark, not heavy looking, just right!

Midlife Beauty:

Obsessed might be too strong a word, but I have been loving this Collagen Peptide Powder for my hair! I have noticed new growth, plus my hair feels thicker and healthier. Try it in your coffee, smoothie or plain yogurt. Delicious!

Add a hint summer glow, contour or use it all over to look like you’ve been on holiday! This matte bronzer by Milk is one of my daily staples. Super blendable& creamy, making it easy to use.

Dazzle Dry is one of the best nail polish systems for home use I’ve seen. It goes on just like regular polish, BUT it drys super quick-like 5 minutes! Great for natural nail Girlies who want beautiful nails, and don’t want to go to a salon or use gel polish. Try the mini kit first- it lasts a long time without drying out or getting thick.

The perfect multi use color stick for mature skin… creamy and blendable, hydrating and nourishing. Can be used for blush and lipstick. I use the shade Werk- it’s a great shade for spring and summer.

Love these blades for smooth and easy facial hair removal! I find they are good for 2 microblading sessions, whether using a serum or with dry skin. Click here for a quick tutorial!
